Sopa de avena

Ingredients
  • 1lb of rolled oats
  • 2.5 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 diced poblano pepper
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 4oz chicken broth
  • 8oz tomato sauce
  • 8oz olive oil
  • 16 oz water
  • Salt to taste
  • Sabor! any flavor
Directions:

Put oil in pan high heat, Brown the oats, stir frequently, Add chicken broth, stir Add onion, poblano and tomato, Lower to medium heat, Add equal parts tomato sauce and water, stir occasionally, If water evaporates, add water and stir until oats rise to the top, Salt to taste
Add Sabor! to taste before serving

Ceviche

Ingredients
  • 10 limes (juiced
  • 24oz crab meat
  • 1lb shrimp
  • 1lb white fish
  • 6oz chopped onions
  • 6oz chopped poblano
  • 6oz tomatoes chopped
  • 4 avocados (diced)
Directions:

Mix everything (except avocados) together in a large bowl and let sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours to marinate
Add the 4 diced avocados right before serving
Add Sabor! (any flavor) to taste
Serve with saltine crackers or chips

Guacamole

Ingredients

Sabor! makes a mean bowl of guacamole – and it is really easy to make

  • part avocado (mushed
  • 1 part Sabor! (any flavor
  • Lime juice
Directions:

Mush avocado in bowl
Add Sabor! (any flavor)
Add lime to taste

Nachos

Ingredients
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 can Black beans
  • ½ pound queso fresco
  • 5 chopped Serrano
  • Sabor! (any flavor)
Directions:

Warm beans in saucepan, pour beans on top of tortilla chips
Add cheese on top of the hot beans (to melt)
Pour a lot of Sabor! on top
Add chopped Serranos (optional)
TIP: Add Sabor Guacamole to the nachos for even more awesomeness.
